Funeral Services for Elder Will Edward Phillips Friday, November 21, 2014 at 12:00 noon at Elkmont CPCA Church with Pastor Clint Scales officiating. Visitation one hour before the service at the Church. Interment in the Thatch-Mann cemetery.
