SEPTEMBER FORECAST
I subscribe to WeatherBell.com and Joe Bastardi is the lead weather guru there. He is the one you see on Fox News at times. He has done a very good job this year predicting long term trends this year. Here are a few of his thoughts:
"We are a few days into August now, and for the 7th straight month
the opening week has been much chillier than average for the US. Another
recharging of the cool is on the way. The chill
coming in the 6-10 for much of the nation may challenge record lows."
