PREPARING FOR THE FUTURE

Ten students in the Foods & Nutrition and Sport Nutrition classes at Elkmont High School took the ServSafe Manager Credentialing Exam. All food service operations are required to have one employee per shift with this certification. Two students received this credential, Sean Jordan and Lakelyn Bolin. This test is the Career Readiness Indicator for the Food, Wellness, and Dietetics program.
