WHAT IT TAKES TO BE A CHEF IN 4-H

Logan Jones and Colby Schaar represented Elkmont High School well. They placed second out of twenty-one participants who competed in the Chef contest in the Limestone County 4-H Roundup held March 28.

Not only did these boys have to demonstrate how to make their favorite dish but had to stand up in front of strangers and speak as they were making it.

These boys blew my mind and they are just ten years old. I can not say enough about how proud I am of these two. I am one proud teacher! Pride, Purpose, Persistence!
