CHRISTMAS CONCERT
Elkmont United Methodist Church would like to invite you to a Christmas concert presented by our praise band this coming Saturday night at 7 at Elkmont United Methodist. We will have homemade hot cocoa social after the concert in the fellowship hall. Tis the season for lovely festive music, come out and enjoy this with us....hope to see you there.
SUPER CITIZENS AWARDS
Today our 2nd & 3rd graders celebrated Super Citizens from Elkmont! Our 2nd Grade students awarded Ms. Wales and our 3rd Graders awarded Chief Donnie Johns, both as a Super Citizen! We are so thankful for both of these people and proud of our students for honoring them today!

ELEMENTARY SCHOOL CHRISTMAS ORNAMENT
If you go see the Christmas Tree on the square in Athens, check out the Elkmont Elementary ornament these boys designed and created themselves! Mrs. Wales stopped by tonight to get a picture of it hanging on the tree! Great job to these students!

ANTIQUE TRACTORS
Elkmont Lions Club Christmas Parade Loves Antique Tractors and we had some beauty’s today. 1st place WD45 owner by Rusty Beddingfield. 2nd place John Deere owned by Tommy Elmore and 3rd place 601 Ford owned by Larry Appleton.
GENEROSITY TO FFA PROGRAM
We are very thankful for the continued support from Alabama Farm Credit and John Christopher Batts to our Ag/FFA program. Today students were presented with a $1000 donation that will go toward a matchable grant up to $25,000 from the Dekko Foundation. The funds will be used to update equipment so we can learn using the latest technology and resources available.
