SENIOR NIGHT - CROSS COUNTRY


At Elkmont High School, we recognize our Seniors who have been involved in the football season (the football players, cheerleaders, band) and cross country.  This special event is called Senior Night and happens during the last home football game.  This year's seniors were recognized on October 14. Wishing them the best life has to offer.


Brianna Barnett is the daughter of Derrick and Jennie Barnett. She is a member of both the cross-country and track teams.  She is a member of FFA and Skills USA. Brianna attends the Limestone County Career Technical Center and is earning her credentials in Cosmetology.  She plans to earn her state license in Cosmetology upon graduation. After graduation, Brianna plans to open a pet grooming business.




Chance Bailey is the son of Kevin and Missy Bailey.  Chance is a member of the cross-country, basketball and track teams.  In the 2015 season, Chance was selected as a member of the Decatur Daily All Area Cross Country Team and recognized on the 4A All-State Cross Country Team. As a Junior in basketball, Chance was selected to the All-Area Team. Last year at eh Disney ESPN Cross Country Classic in Orlando, Florida. Chance finished in the top ten in his division. Chance was chosen as the 2016 Boys State Representative for Elkmont High School. He was elected senior class favorite. Chance is an active member of the Holland's Gin Church of Christ. After graduation, Chance plans to attend college on a competitive running scholarship while pursuing a degree.



Luke Little is the son of Mark Little and Misty Logston.  Luke has been a member of the cross country team for two years and the track team for five. He attends the Limestone County Career Technical Center and is earning his credentials in HVAC. He is a member of the Student Advisory Council at Tech School. After graduation, Luke plans to attend Faulkner University to obtain a degree in ministry.



Noah Sharp is the sond of Chris and Dee Sharp.  Noah is a member of the cross-county, basketball and track teams. He played football for three years. On campus, Noah is a member of the Senior Beta Club, Mu Alpha Theta, and FCA. He serves on the First National Bank Student Advisory Board. Noah is a member of the Elkmont United Methodist Church and serves as the youth advisor on the Church Council.  After graduation, Noah plans to attend UAH to pursue a degree in nursing.



Tiyler Walts is the son of James and Peggie Walts. Tiyler has been a member of the cross country team for four years.  He is also a member of the track and basketball teams. After graduation, Tiyler plans to attend college but is undecided on a career at this time.
