A Winter Storm Warning for snow means severe winter weather conditions will make travel very hazardous or impossible. If you must travel, keep an extra flashlight, food and water in your vehicle in case of an emergency.
A strong cold front will move eastward through the region late
tonight into Tuesday morning. Rainfall overspreading the region
along and just ahead of the front will quickly changeover to snow
from west to east in the wake of the frontal passage. With much
colder air spreading into the region, snowfall accumulations
up to 2.5 inches are possible. The snow is expected to taper off
across extreme northeast Alabama by late Tuesday morning.

Chance of precipitation is 90%. Tomorrow will have a 30 percent chance of snow, mainly before 8am. Cloudy through mid morning, then gradual clearing, with a high near 31. Wind chill values between 12 and 22. North northwest wind 10 to 15 mph. Little or no snow accumulation expected.
Travel could be very difficult.
