The 2014 Alabama Junior Beef Expo was held in Montgomery this week. Elkmont's Lovell Farms participated in this year's event. Jacob and Natalie, children of Steve and Emily Lovell, both showed Black Angus cattle. They did a good job at their first state livestock exhibition. The Lovell duo brought home several awards. They didn't win first place, but they came home with some ribbons (3rd, 4th, and 6th places), lots of experience and some BIG smiles. Best of luck in your next show.Welcome to Elkmont, Alabama.
