JILES OTIS ANDREWS - OBITUARY

Jiles Otis Andrews, 65, of Elkmont died Thursday, July 3, 2014, at home. Mr. Andrews was born Jan. 17, 1949, in Jasper, to Joe Bob Andrews and Zada Trull Andrews.

Services are 3 p.m. Saturday, July 5, at Limestone Chapel Funeral Home. Burial will be in Roselawn Cemetery with Larry Remington officiating.

Visitation is noon until 2:45 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home.

Jiles Andrews was a member of the Baptist Church. He was an Army veteran of the Vietnam War. He retired from the Limestone County Sheriff’s Department.

Survivors include his wife of 40 years, Pat Andrews; sons, Troy Andrews and wife Brandie and David Andrews and wife Michele; grandchildren, Jacob Andrews, Alex Andrews, Abby Andrews and Karson Andrews; sisters, Mignon Bowers and husband Jack and Wanda Remington and husband Larry; several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Joe Bob and Zada Andrews; and brother, Joe Bob Andrews Jr.

Pallbearers are Don Miller, Sammy Davis, Jake Andrews, Alex Andrews, G.W. Pack and Marty Bates.
