The Elkmont Rural Village is selling permits for all trail riders. Each permit will be an annual fee of $50.
Children under 12 will ride free.
Permits will be sold through the Elkmont Rural Village Office
or Jerry Adams and will be good until September 2012.
The Grand Opening Trail Ride will be Labor Day Weekend.
