Born Wednesday, February 1, 1939 in Belle Mina, Alabama, he was the son of the late Arthur Towe and the late Geneva Dake Towe. He was preceded in death by his parents, his wife: Annie Louise Foster Towe, and a brother: Billy Joe Towe, He was a good man that loved his grandkids and he loved life to the fullest. Surviving are son, Ronnal "Bo" Towe, Jr. of Prospect, TN, daughters, Sara Rogers of Athens, AL, Betty Butler of Athens, AL and Nancy Bryant of Lincoln, TN, and Lorel Punkin Pope of Elkmont, AL, sister, Jean Landingham of Montgomery, AL, seven grandchildren, and 8 great-grandchildren. Funeral services was at 11:00 AM on Saturday, October 6, 2012 at Ardmore Chapel Funeral Home, Ardmore, Alabama with Bro. Doug Colwell officiating. Burial was in Gatlin Cemetery, Ardmore, AL. The family received friends from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM on Friday, October 5, 2012, at Ardmore Chapel Funeral Home, Ardmore, Alabama.
