We are going to do the Special Olympic kick off run this year. A group of great runners and even better friends and I will run 72.5 miles throughout the night to all Limestone county High Schools. All runners are raising at least $100 dollars for the athletes this year. If you would like to make a contribution. Please let me know. These kids really deserve the praise and recognition for their attitude and spirit at these games.
We will leave East Limestone at 2pm on April
11th. We will arrive at Ardmore between 5:30 and 6 pm. Arrive at Elkmont between 8-8:30 pm. Arrive at West between 11:30 and 12 am. Arrive at Clements between 3:30 and 4:00 am. Arrive at tanner between 8 and 8:30 am on April 12th. We did this last year for the 1st time and it was a great experience. We would appreciate all of the support to help raise awareness for the athletes.
I will be participating in the Limestone County Special Olympic kick off run this year! It is an "all night" run and will cover 72.5 miles as we traverse through the county to stop at each high school to honor the athletes participating from that school (plus it's feeder schools) All runners are raising at least $100 dollars for the athletes this year.
