The next 16 days (most of the rest of March) are forecast wettest in the Tennessee Valley back to the northern Delta. Rains avoid the coastal Carolinas and central and south Florida.
The CFS model suggest a warmer and drier than normal spring though it is cold msot of the rest of March and even lingers into April.
Hope comes by June from the sea breeze shower season and the tropical activity which we expect to be above normal this season again due to a warm Atlantic AMO and weak ENSO.
