One of Belle Chevre’s expert cheese makers will demonstrate how easy it is to make your own cheese. This fun class will show even the most kitchen-wary how fun, easy, and inexpensive it is to make your own goat cheese.
Cooking demonstration and tasting. $45. Includes demonstration, sampling, recipe cards, and a 20% discount for any item in the store the night of the class.
