The Running Red Devils had a great showing at Wilson High School last Saturday in the Warrior Invitational. The boys team tied for first place and the tie breaker came down to the 6th and 7th finishers. After the tie breaker, Elkmont was awarded second.
The girls team did great as well - all the girls ran their best times of the season! Great things ahead for these runners! They will be running the 9/11 Heroes Run in Athens Saturday morning.
COACH'S CORNER
Boys team ties for 1st place and goes to the tie breaking 6th and 7th runner. Barely edged out and received 2nd place trophy. All did a great job! Girls finished 5th and all posted best times of the season! Proud of their great effort.
