Vergie Inez Adams, age 82 of Athens, died Thursday at her residence. Mrs. Adams was born August 28, 1935 in Limestone County, she attended First Baptist Church Tanner and she was retired from Limestone Health Facility.
Services were 11AM Saturday, September 23, 2017 at Spry Funeral Home Chapel with Clark Theriot and Roger Bowden officiating. Burial was at Bottom Cemetery; visitation was from 6-8PM Friday at Spry Funeral Home.

Roger Bowden of Athens, Gene Bowden of Ardmore, AL
Sister: Loudean Blakely of Athens
Thirteen Grandchildren, several Great-Grandchildren and Great-Great-Grandchildren.
