HOW TO MAKE FLUFFY MASHED POTATOES

Fluffier Mashed Potatoes
Brown-skinned russet and Idaho potatoes are said to make the fluffiest, creamiest mashed potatoes. To make them extra-fluffy, add a pinch of baking powder as you mash them. The powder mixes with the heat and forms tiny air pockets.
