William "Bill" Meadows, 60, of Elkmont died October 13,
2015. Funeral will be Thursday at 2 p.m. at McConnell Memorial Chapel,
with visitation from noon to 1:45 p.m. Burial will be in New Oakland
Cemetery. He is survived by: Wife - Vickie Meadows
Son - Dusty Meadows
Grandson - Luke Meadows
