Daily Announcements:
- Girls basketball tryouts today and tomorrow
- All Varsity baseball players see Mrs. Miller in lobby right after announcements
- MS Boys basketball players (go by Coach Suttons room today) you need to fill out a couple of more forms for basketball.
- There will be an ipod Nano touch screen to be raffled off by Friday, May 13. Grades 7-12 will need to see your 1st period teacher or Mrs. Beth Bates for a chance to win. All proceeds will benefit Rhett Bailey.
- The Poetry Club will meet Wednesday morning, see Mrs. Hickman if you have questions.
- This years summer school program will be held at Tanner High School from June 6-July 1, and the cost is $275.00 per student. Middle school students may take one class through credit recovery, and high school students can take two courses. Additionally, Skills Lab courses will be offered for rising seniors who failed one or more subject area tests of the Alabama High School Graduation Exam, and the cost for this course is only $10.00. Only cash or money orders will be accepted; no checks will be accepted. Registration packets are available in the counseling dept, you may register throught the counselors unitl May 25. Afterward, you will have to register at Tanner on June 6. Students will be in school each day from 8:00-3:50, and will have to provide your own lunch, drinks, and snacks.
