Born Sunday, December 20, 1964 in Columbus, Georgia she was the daughter of the late David Richard Dunn and Gladys Marie Coats Dunn. She was preceded in death by grandson, Braiden Christian and sister, Patsy Marie Emerson. Surviving are husband, Judson Allen Scott, Elkmont, AL; son, James Dillon Scott, Elkmont, AL, daughters, Dana Marie Dunn and Haley Irene Scott, Elkmont, AL, mother, Gladys Coats Dunn, Elkmont, AL; brothers, David "Gunner" (Lois) Dunn, Elkmont, AL, Jimmy (Annette) Dunn, Elkmont, AL; Marvin (Connie) Dunn, Elkmont, AL, sister, Sherry Lynn Dugger, Elkmont, AL; and two grandchildren, Brailee Christian and Lucas Brown. Dee Dee lived all her life in this area and was of the Baptist faith. She was very active in helping with community activities and enjoyed hunting, crafts, and cooking. Funeral services will be at 12 noon on Tuesday, July 30, 2013 at Ardmore Chapel Funeral Home with Bro. Harry "Rusty" Lincoln officiating. Burial will be in Gatlin Cemetery in Ardmore, AL. The family will receive friends from 5:00 P.M. to 7:00 P.M. on Monday, July 29, 2013 at Ardmore Chapel Funeral Home.
