REVIS / GOHN ENGAGEMENT

John and Angella Revis of Elkmont announce the engagement of their daughter Melissa Diane Revis of Gardendale to Morgan Elisha Gohn, son of Bruce and Dale Gohn of Gardendale.

The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Everette Turnbow of Savannah, Tennessee and Jean McPeters of Marion, North Carolina.  She is also the granddaughter of the later Cheryl Turnbow and Eunie and Neomia Revis.  She is a a 2007 graduate of West Limestone High School and a 2011 graduate of Birmingham Southern College where she received a bachelor's degree in mathematics.  She is employed by Jefferson County as a high school math teacher.

The prospective groom is the grandson of June McKinney and Mildred Gohn both of Mount Olive, Dean Gohn Senior and wife Janice of Guntersville, and the late Jack McKinney.  He is a 2007 graduate of Gardendale High School.  He is employed by the Central Steel Services as steel worker.

The wedding is planned for July 14 at Douglas Manor in Columbiana.
