Excitement was in the air as we arrived at the 2016 Pepsi Challenge at Lawrence Co High school!
It was the first XC meet of the season and these athletes have logged some serious time and miles over the summer getting ready for this year’s season!
Hard work pays off as evidenced by 3 of our runners receiving recognition for placing in the top 15.
They are Chase Prater with a photo finish 2nd place,
Chance Bailey with 7th place in boys race and
Claudia Allen with an 11th place finish in the girls race.
The boys team placed 5th out of 16 teams and individual results are as follows:
