Even though Elkmont is a small town, I still don’t know everyone as I should. Yesterday, a lady called my phone and said, "Donnie, this is Mrs Smith and I need you to come to my residence." I asked her why, she stated that she may have a prowler. I then ask her, "How do I get there?" She said, "DON’T YOU STILL HAVE THAT LITTLE POLICE CAR WITH THE BLUE LIGHTS?"
