The show will be held at the baseball fields behind Elkmont High School at Vaughn Street. The Red Devil Rock Show will begin at noon on August 3 and close around 11 pm.

Heading north from Athens along Alabama 127 through the rolling hills of Limestone County, gas stations and convenience stores give way to open fields, rows of crops and yellow road signs warning motorists to keep alert for encroaching wildlife.
Seven miles from Athens, the Ole Gin House stands. On a typical weekday, pickup trucks and dirt-stained jeeps fill the barbecue joint’s parking lot. Inside, around the wooden tables, talk revolves around the University of Alabama’s latest recruits and the high school’s playoff prospects.
On Saturday, a one-day music and arts festival will take place at the high school’s baseball fields from noon-11 p.m. Red Devil Rock Show, a nod to Elkmont High’s mascot, will feature two music stages showcasing country, reggae, blues, roots and funk bands. Artists will also display their photography, jewelry, paintings and sculptures.
