* FLOOD WATCH TO INCLUDE PORTIONS OF NORTH CENTRAL ALABAMA AND NORTHWEST ALABAMA...INCLUDING THE FOLLOWING AREAS...IN NORTH CENTRAL ALABAMA...LIMESTONE. IN NORTHWEST ALABAMA...COLBERT... FRANKLIN AL...LAUDERDALE AND LAWRENCE.
* MOISTURE RICH AIR WILL CONTINUE TO FLOW INTO THE TENNESSEE VALLEY FROM THE GULF OF MEXICO AND AS A RESULT...MULTIPLE ROUNDS OF SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS...SOME WITH HEAVY RAINFALL...WILL CONTINUE INTO THE EVENING HOURS FRIDAY. SOME STORMS COULD PRODUCE VERY HIGH RAINFALL RATES AND TRACK OVER THE SAME AREAS...LEADING TO AN INITIAL THREAT FOR FLASH FLOODING. URBAN LOCATIONS AND THOSE IN DEEP VALLEYS WILL SEE THE GREATEST INITIAL FLASH FLOODING THREAT.
