Philip L. Blankenship, age 66 of Elkmont, passed away Thursday, June 15, 2017 at Athens Health and Rehab. Mr. Blankenship was born May 18, 1951 in Limestone County, AL to William T. Blankenship and Willa Dean McConnell Blankenship.
No services are planned. Limestone Chapel Funeral Home assisting the family.
Preceded in death by his parents, William and Willa Dean Blankenship; one daughter, Tammy Blankenship.
Survived by one daughter, April Blankenship; two sons, Rodney Blankenship and Ben Blankenship and wife, Robin; three grandchildren; ex- spouse, Cathy Blankenship; one brother, Mike Blankenship; one sister, Cathy J. Blankenship.
