ROBERT WAYNE TAYLOR - OBITUARY

The graveside service for Robert Wayne Taylor of Athens, AL, age 72 will be Friday, June 30, 2017 at 2:00 p.m. at Roselawn Cemetery with Lance Taylor officiating. Visitation will be Friday, June 30, 2017 12:30-1:45 p.m. at McConnell Funeral Home.

Mr. Taylor passed away Tuesday June 27, 2017 at Huntsville Hospital after a lengthy illness. He was born July 27, 1944, in Limestone County, AL, to Ben William and Reba Irene Taylor. He is preceded in death by his parents. 

He is survived by his one brother Ben Taylor Jr., and wife Wanda of Athens, five sisters Patricia J. Butler of Athens, Betty C. Curnutt and husband Walter of Athens, Sandra Wray of Elkmont, Brenda Darnell and husband Lonnie of North Port, AL, and Joann Jackson Steele of Athens, special friend Betty Joines of Athens and a host of nieces and nephews
Pallbearers will be Brad Curnutt, Greg Curnutt, Joel Butler, Mark Butler, Trent Wray, and Drew Wray.
