ELKMONT LIONS CLUB RAILS TO TRAILS 10K

Over 100 runners enjoyed a beautiful morning to run over six miles in the  Elkmont Lions Club Rails to Trails 10K that was last Saturday . 




 







Many of our trailblazers were there as well as some great fans.

 



This is a challenging race. The overall winner of the race was Andrew Hodges with a time of 34:58. Other winners include: female winner Kathy Youngren (43:15), master’s winner Tim Vinson(37:25), female master’s winner Debi Crowley (51:09).

Most recently, was the Elkmont Lions Club Rails to Trails 10K Saturday in Elkmont. As the only 10K in Limestone County, the Rails to Trails race is well supported by the community.

This is a challenging race. The overall winner of the race was Brandon York with a time of 33:09. Other winners include: female winner Mary Helen Sanders (48:02), master’s winner George DeWitt (35:58), female master’s winner Wu Yuling (48:47).
