Isabella Grace Hilliard, 9 pounds, 6 ounces, born July 23 to Brad and Vicki Hilliard, of Madison. Grandparents are Robert and Patsy Beavers, of Eva, Gene and Deborah Gardner, of Elkmont, and Ricky and Anita Hilliard, of Athens.
