3rd ANNUAL ELKMONT CAR SHOW - THIS SATURDAY

The Elkmont Band will sponsor the 3^rd  Annual Elkmont Car Show on Saturday, August 31^st . This is one of many fundraisers to help the band with their yearly expenses.

Registration will start at 8:00am. The gates will open at 9:00am and will end with awards at 2:00pm. Entries will be accepted till 1:30pm.

The entry fee to pre-register your vehicle will be $15.00 per vehicle and to enter the day of event, registration will be $20.00 per vehicle with $5.00 admissions at the gate for spectators and 10 and under will be admitted free.

$100.00 will be given away every hour starting at 9:30am and door prizes will be drawn all day for car participates only. A 50/50 drawing will be given away which will include both car participates and spectators. Tickets will be sold all day for the 50/50.

We will have a selection of food vendors including Shaved Ice  available all day and lots of merchandise and craft vendors will also be set up.   Entertainment will be provided by “City of Refuge” band from 10.00am to 11:00am followed by “Highwyre” performing from 12:00pm to 1:00pm.

The Elkmont Band and Band boosters would like to thank Rodney Willoughby for all his kind help this year and last year and we would like to thank Ardmore Car Show for everything you all have done for us in helping us prepare for this event in the past 3 years of our doing a car show.
