LOTS OF EXCITEMENT TODAY WITH CROSS COUNTRY TEAM

Hey Elkmont!  Get ready to see HUNDREDS of people at the Trail in Downtown Elkmont today.   What's all the fuss you ask?  It's the Elkmont Cross Country Invitational meet.  There will be over 200 runners from 8 high schools participating.  The race schedule is as follows:                               
JV races start at 4:00 
Varsity races start at 5:00

The excitement doesn't stop after the kids are done running...the Elkmont XC team is also hosting an open 5K - meaning ANYBODY can run!  The open 5K will begin at 6:30 and you can register right there on the spot!

Even if you aren't a runner, PLEASE come out and support these athletes!  They have trained hard over the summer and they are ready to get the season started right here on their home turf!  



Don't forget to stop by the Pitchfork for some shave ice.  They are donating 20% of today's sales to the Elkmont Cross Country team.
