Mr. Brown was born May 21, 1935 in Cullman County, AL to Walker Brown and Claudia Golden Brown.  Mr. Brown was a veteran of The United States Army. Memorial services will be Tuesday, August 6, 2013 from 6:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. at Swan Creek Community Club House in Tanner, AL. Limestone Chapel Funeral Home in charge of arrangements. Preceded in death by his parents, Walker and Claudia Brown; one brother and several sisters. Survived by his wife, Ora Brown of Tanner; daughter, Lucinda Brown of Cullman; son, Joshua Tray Brown and wife, Candice of Hillsboro, AL; two step-sons, William Ray Miller and wife, Marian of Elkmont, and Spencer Lee Miller and wife, Teresa of Athens; step-daughter, Kimberly Miller Johnson of Athens; two sisters, Bonnie Hughes and husband, Elliot of Cullman and Geraldine Woods of Weaver, AL; 12 grandchildren; 8 great-grandchildren and numerous friends and family. In lieu of flowers please make memorials to The American Heart Association.
