Albert Bauer, 86, and Frances Bauer, 80, both of Ardmore, Alabama died
on Tuesday, August 27, 2013, in Park City, Tennessee.
Carl was born Wednesday, October 6, 1926 in Athens, Alabama, he was the son of the late Frederick Bauer and the late Emma Boesswetter Bauer. He was a member of the Ardmore Masonic Lodge and enjoyed gardening and talking. He was a Veteran of the US Army, serving in WWII. Frances Bauer was born Monday, September 12, 1932 in Elkton, Tennessee, she was the daughter of the late Fred Bates and the late Eva Hargrove Bates. She enjoyed cooking, sewing and crafts. Surviving are son, Jon & Rhonda Bauer of Athens, AL, sisters, Cora Patterson of Elkmont, AL, Jeanette Davis of Elkmont, AL and Alma Williams of Athens, AL, Granddaughter: Kristi Wilson and one great-granddaughter Kaylee Wilson. Funeral services will be at 2:00 PM on Friday, August 30, 2013, at Ardmore Chapel Funeral Home, Ardmore, Alabama with Rev. Jon Ives officiating. Burial will be in Pleasant Hill Cemetery, Prospect, TN. The family will receive friends from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM on Thursday, August 29, 2013, at Ardmore Chapel Funeral Home, Ardmore, Alabama. |
