Strong thunderstorms are still possible this afternoon and into the evenings hours. A couple thunderstorms may become severe with the greatest threats being damaging wind gusts and hail up to the size of quarters.
The timing of these storms is slightly uncertain and will partially be determined by how widespread showers are early this morning with lingering outflow boundaries. Then, we should see scattered showers/storms in the afternoon, which is when the strongest storms would be, and another line of thunderstorms after 7 PM with the cold front.
