This is the view at the start and finish of my run today in the Rural Village. Enjoy living in a place where I can enjoy these views. A lot of introspection comes when I’m running alone. Days like today are spent with readjusting the mind and clearing the slate with every sweat drop and every foot fall. So thankful for the time to look inward. Exhausting the physical seems to clear the mental. Raw pure emotion comes when the body is tired. Great time to look inward! Great time for a self check! Have a good one!
