PAULA ANN CARTER - OBITUARY

The funeral for Paula Ann Carter, 46, of Athens is 2 p.m. Monday, Feb. 2, 2015, at McConnell Funeral Home with Donald Terry officiating. Burial will be in Roselawn Cemetery. Visitation is 6-9 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 1, at McConnell.

Mrs. Carter died Friday Jan. 30, 2015, at Athens Rehabilitation and Senior Care.
She was born Jan. 5, 1969, in Limestone County, to Paul D. Carter and Phyllis Ann Callahan Carter. She was a member of Truth Baptist Church. Mrs. Carter was preceded in death by her father; and one sister, Gayle Carter.

Survivors include her mother, Phyllis Ann Carter of Athens; son, Nick Ray and wife Dani of Lester; daughter, April Dollar of Athens; brother, Dale Carter and wife Melissa of Decatur; two sisters, Summer Nave and husband Michael of Athens, Wendi Carter of Elkmont; and two grandchildren, Aaron and Kayleigh.
