Robert Lee Moran, Jr., 62 of Elkmont, Alabama died on Wednesday, February 18, 2015, at Athens-Limestone Hospital in Athens, Alabama.

Born Wednesday, March 26, 1952, he was the son of the late Robert Lee Moran, Sr. and the late Betty Ann Bessling Moran. He loved to fish and loved South Carolina Gamecocks football. He was preceded in death by his parents, sons: Robert Lee Moran III and Michael Dell Moral, and brother Daniel Moran and sister Bertha Cresswood.

Surviving are his wife: Brenda Diane Williams Moran of Elkmont, AL, sons, Timothy (Lily) Moran of Elkmont, AL and Larry Moran of Elkmont, AL, daughter, Tara Moran of Saint Joseph, MO, brother, Dennis Moran of Omaha, NE, sisters: Nona Cogsdale of Saint Joseph, MO, Tiny Shimer of Saint Joseph, MO, Belinda Campbell of Saint Joseph, MO, Toni Anderson of Saint Joseph, MO and Tonoa Kilpatrick of Saint Joseph, MO, fifteen grandchildren and one great-grandchild.

The are no services planned now but the family will be having services at a later date.
