The Elkmont Red Devils overcame being down at the end of the half to pull out a win over Elkton, 39-24, advancing to the finals. Taylor Thomas was the leading scorer with 13 points and Jordan Nelson added 10.
The Middle School Lady Devils took second place in the tourney. Elkmont's scoreless first quarter and 30% from the free throw line caused the Lady Devils to stumble in finals of the Elkmont Christmas Tournament. Ardmore won 25 - 15. The leading scorers for Elkmont was Tori Pressnell with 7 points and Amelia Davis with 6. Middle School Girls beat Elkton, 34-32, in a close back and forth game to advance to finals vs. Ardmore. Tori Pressnell led the Lady Devils with 15 points and Bre Jefferies contributed 13 points to the final score.
