Obituary: 
Huey Dale Long age 65 of Elkmont, passed away Friday, April 4, 2014 at Athens Limestone Hospital. Mr. Long was born September 26, 1948 in Limestone County, AL to Fagan Odell Long and Lillie Mae Dollar Long.

Services will be Tuesday, April 8, 2014 2:00 p.m., at Limestone Chapel Funeral Home with David Harwell officiating. Visitation will be Monday, April 7, 2014 from 6:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Burial will be in Hester’s Chapel Cemetery.

Mr. Long was President of Tri-State Siding Company, Inc. He was a Veteran of the United States Marine Corp, who served honorably in Vietnam.

Survived by his wife, Alice Long; daughter, Bridget Long; four brothers, Roy Wayne Long and wife, Katherine, Rocky F. Long and wife, Debbie, Lynn Long and wife , Sandi and Terry Long and wife, Amanda; seven grandchildren; numerous nieces, nephews and other family and friends.
