DAVID SIDNEY (SID) HANEY - OBITUARY

David Sidney (Sid) Haney, 62 of Athens died Saturday at his residence. Born November 26, 1951 in Limestone County, a Vietnam Army Veteran, and a member of Round Island Baptist Church.

Services will be Tuesday, November 25, 2014 , 2 PM at First Baptist Church, Tanner with Mike Green officiating, visitation will be Tuesday at the church from 12 noon until service, burial in Limestone Memorial Gardens with military honors.

Wife: Debbie Haney, Athens.

Christopher (Whitney) Haney, Athens, 
Ethan Haney, Athens. 

Grandchildren: Bryson Haney and Brynlee Haney. 

Brothers: 
Jimmy Don ( Shirley) Haney, Decatur
Eugene (Peggy) Haney, Athens. 

Sisters:
Gwendolyn (Don) Stone, Elkmont 
Delle (Steve) Black, Athens
Joanne (Steve) Stewart, Athens

Several nieces and nephews.

Mr. Haney was preceded in death by, Parents, Ransom and Kathryn Haney, and by Brothers, Ronald Glenn Haney and Bobby Haney.

Pallbearers will be Tim Haney, Randall McCrary, Bradley Stewart, Jeffery Haney, Rodney Haney, Allen Haney, Eric Black.

Honorary Pallbearers will be Bryson Haney and Will Black.
