CARISSA LOVVORN RECOGNIZED

Another Elkmont resident is being recognized for her achievements. Carissa Lovvorn has been inducted into the Phi Kappa Phi Collegiate Honor Society.

The Honor Society of Phi Kappa Phi is an honor society established in 1897 to recognize and encourage superior scholarship. It is the third academic society in the United States to be organized around recognizing academic
excellence and is the oldest all-discipline honor society.  Only the top 10 percent of seniors and 7.5 percent of juniors, having at least 72 semester hours, are eligible for membership.
