Obituary

Shelia Diana Turner, age 61 of Ardmore, passed away Saturday December 20, 2014 at Huntsville Hospital.

Mrs. Turner was born July 16, 1953 in Ardmore, AL to JR Atwell and Sarah B Collins Hasting. She was a member of Sand Springs Baptist Church, loved spending time with her grandchildren and teaching Sunday School Class. She was preceded in death by her parents, one son Danny Joe Turner, and one sister LeVon Marberry.

Visitation will be Monday December 22, 2014 from 4 until 8 p.m. at Carr & Erwin Funeral Home. Funeral will be 2 p.m. Tuesday December 23, 2014 at Carr & Erwin Chapel with interment in Mt. Pleasant Cemetery in Ardmore.

Survivors include her husband Anthony Turner of Ardmore, AL, son Tony Turner and wife Nicole of Athens, AL, brother Phillip Hasting of Elkmont, AL, sisters Faye Ward of Pulaski, Nyoka Dean of Pulaski, Norma Newman of Lacey Springs, Al, and four grandchildren.
