HOW DID MO BROOKS VOTE ON 1.1 TRILLION SPENDING BILL

The U.S. House of Representatives voted to advance a $1.1 trillion stop-gap spending deal, known as the “cromnibus,” in dramatic fashion on Thursday, with a razor-thin margin of 214-212. The vote advances debate in order to avoid a partial government shutdown on midnight tonight.

No Democrat voted to move the bill forward, while the following 16 principled conservative Republicans voted against moving the bill, which increases overall government spending and fully funds both Obamacare and Obama’s unconstitutional amnesty, forward:

Justin Amash (MI), Michele Bachmann (MN), Dave Brat (VA), Mo Brooks (AL), Paul Broun (GA), Louie Gohmert (GA), Paul Gozar (AZ), Tim Huelskamp (KS), Walter Jones (NC), Jim Jordan (OH), Steve King (IA), Raul Labrador (ID), Thomas Massie (KY), Bill Posey (FL), Matt Salmon (AZ), and Steve Stockman (TX).
