JOSHUA COLE WHITT - OBITUARY

Joshua Cole Whitt, 29, of Ardmore, Tennessee passed away on Saturday, June 6, 2015, at his home.  Born Monday, July 15, 1985, in Huntsville, Alabama, he was the son of Bobby Whitt and Margarette Lewter Whitt. He was a lifelong resident of this area and was a member of Bethlehem Baptist Church. His favorite bible verse was Joshua 1:9. He enjoyed hunting, shooting guns, music, playing drums, and spending time with his family. He was preceded in death by his grandparents; James & Mattie Lewter and J.C. & Pauline Whitt.

Surviving are his parents; Bobby & Margarette Whitt of Ardmore, TN; wife, Jennifer Whitt of Elkmont, AL.; sons, Lucas Cole Whitt of Harvest, AL; Carter Hays Whitt of Ardmore, TN; daughter, Mattie Layne Whitt of Ardmore, TN; brother, Jason (Michelle) Whitt of Fayetteville, TN; sister, Stacey (Darren) Walker of Ardmore, TN. several aunts and uncles, nieces and nephews.

Funeral services was held Tuesday, June 9, 2015 at Ardmore Chapel Funeral Home, Ardmore, Alabama with Bro. Jamie Mitchell and Bro. Lon Ostrzycki officiating. Burial was in Gatlin Cemetery, Ardmore, AL.
