The funeral service for Robbie Nell Tatum Davis, age 87, of Athens, AL;
will be Thursday, June 18, 2015, at 11 a.m. at McConnell Memorial Chapel
with Dr. Timothy McDowell officiating.
Visitation was Wednesday, June 17, 2015: 6-9 P.M. at McConnell Funeral Home.
Burial will be in Roselawn Cemetery.

Mrs. Davis passed away Monday June 15, 2015 at her residence. She was born September 16, 1927 in Limestone County, AL to Maxie and Isa Tatum. She was a homemaker. She volunteered at Red Cross for over 30 years, at Athens Limestone Hospital, and she was a member of Elkmont Methodist church.
Mrs. Davis is preceded in death by her parents, and husband Walter Wilson Davis, one sister Kathleene Tatum, and one brother Alvin Tatum
She is survived by one son Stan Davis and wife Joan of Athens, AL; two daughters Debbie Coulter of Elkmont, AL; Denise Jones and husband David of Elkmont, AL; one sister Ernestine Reyer of Orlando, FL; six grandchildren Kristofer Lee Davis, Jolyn Bree Davis McConnell, Ethan Coulter, Corey Jarrett Davis, Rachel Jones Wright, Hannah Mae Jones; five great grandchildren Alexis Davis, Sydney Downs, Kade Davis, Kooper Davis, and Hazel Wright.
Pallbearers will be Gary DuBois, Bill Boldin, Roger (Burgess) Malone, Gary Compton, Dickie Hobbs, and Gary Elrod.
