Ronald James Varnagatas Sr., 76 of Athens died Wednesday at his residence.
There will be a Memorial Service at a later date, Spry Funeral will be assisting the family. Mr. Varnagatas was born July 4, 1939 in Grand Rapids, Michigan, he was a member of St. Paul’s Catholic Church in Athens, a Veteran of U.S. Marine Corp and he retired from Steelcase.

Preceded in death by Parents: Victor and Wilma Varnagatas and Sister: Elaine White.
