Born Friday, April 17, 1942 in Louisville, KY, he was the son of the late JD and Ida Mae Lewter Hargrave. He is preceded in death by his brother ,Terrell Hargrave, He enjoyed Tennessee football and selling produce.
He is survived by his wife, Dorothy Faye Hargrave, Athens, AL, Daughters, Sheila (Curtis) Dean, Elkmont, AL, Sherry (Kent) Dutton, Athens, AL, Step-son, Randall Beasley of Chattanooga, TN, Sister, Doris Brown, Hazel Green, AL, 5 Grandchildren and 8 Great-Grandchildren.
Visitation will be on Wednesday, March 16, 2016 at Ardmore Chapel Funeral Home, from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM.
Funeral Service will be on Thursday, March 17, 2016 at Ardmore Chapel Funeral Home, Ardmore, AL, at 11:00 AM with Bro. Benny Anders and Bro. Dale Sharp officiating. Burial will be in Gatlin Cemetery, Ardmore, AL.
