Ben Maples, Elkmont's Ag teacher, recently had a birthday. Dekko Corporation sent him some birthday shoes. They sent Ben Maples a pair of welding boots to celebrate their 35th
birthday AND to celebrate his teaching thought process. "Some students haven't figured out what to do with their life," Ben observes. "By learning a skill like welding they begin to see themselves as a success...their confidence soars." We here at Dekko, thought this was a shoe-worthy thought!
