James Wilburn Tallent, 64 of Ardmore, Tennessee died on Saturday, June 11, 2016, at his home.
Born Wednesday, December 5, 1951 in Huntsville, Alabama, he was the son of the late Wilburn Turner Tallent and Frances Louise Hillard Tallent. He loved to fish and hunt.
Surviving are his wife: Sandra Kay Tucker Tallent of Ardmore, TN, his mother: Frances Tallent of Huntsville, AL, sister, Peggy Jean Urnes of Laceys Spring, AL, two step-children: Sabrina Emery of Elkmont, AL, and Steven Emery of Athens, AL, and three step-greatgrandchildren, and two nieces: Heather Keigh Mason and Candy Michelle Stadterman.
Funeral services will be at 2:00 PM on Tuesday, June 14, 2016, at Ardmore Chapel Funeral Home, Ardmore, Alabama. Burial will be in Gatlin Cemetery, Ardmore, AL.
The family will receive friends from 12:00 Noon to 2:00 PM on Tuesday, June 14, 2016, at Ardmore Chapel Funeral Home, Ardmore, Alabama.
