Sadie Louise Wright, 64 of Elkmont, Alabama passed away on Friday, December 11, 2015, at her home in Elkmont, Alabama.Born Thursday, June 28, 1951 in Scottsboro, Alabama she was the daughter of the late Jenny Sanders Davis. She was preceded in death by husband, Billy Ray Wright and son-in-law Alan Dawson.
She moved from Madison County to Ardmore three years ago. She was a member of Carters Grove Basptist Church and enjoyed singing, kids, and spending time with her grandchildren..
Surviving are daughter, Lisa Dawson of Elkmont, AL; son, Brian (Christy) Wright, Ardmore, TN; grandchildren, Ryan Dawson, Brilee & Zachary Wright.
Funeral services will be at 11:00 AM on Tuesday, December 15, 2015 at Ardmore Chapel Funeral, Ardmore, Alabama with Bro. Billy Taylor officiating. Burial will be in Pinehaven Cemetery in Hollywood, Alabama.
The family will receive friends from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM on Monday, December 14, 2015, at Ardmore Chapel Funeral Home, Ardmore, Alabama.
